Advising a consortium of local and international lenders in respect of restructuring the term loan facilities and the provision of new money facilities to be made available to Ascendis Financial Services Limited and members of the Ascendis Health Limited group in order to achieve a sustainable capital structure.

Advising a consortium of lenders in respect of term loan facilities and preference share funding made available to Sun International Limited and certain of its subsidiaries in order to refinance existing facilities.

Tsogo Sun Gaming Limited

Advising a consortium of lenders and noteholders in respect of term loan facilities made available to Tsogo Sun Gaming Limited and certain of its subsidiaries in order to refinance certain existing facilities.

South African Airways

Advising a lender in respect of the provision of post-commencement financing for South African Airways SOC Limited (in Business Rescue)

Advising a consortium of local and international lenders in respect of USD term and revolving credit facilities made available to Harmony Gold Mining Limited.

AfriSam Proprietary Limited

Advising AfriSam Proprietary Limited and its subsidiaries in respect of (i) the restructuring the term loan facilities through a debt-to-equity conversion and (ii) concluding the reorganisation of the corporate structure of the group.

KAP Industrial Holdings

Advising KAP Industrial Holdings in relation to term loan facilities used for the purposes of (i) facilitating the certain acquisitions and (ii) funding its capex requirements.

South African Airways SOC Limited

Advising South African Airways SOC Limited on (i) the novation of existing aircraft operating leases to third party lessors and (ii) the extension of current aircraft operating leases in accordance with its Long Term Turnaround Strategy.
