Megan Badenhorst started her working career in the television industry before changing tack and studying law. Megan is a Senior Associate in our Dispute Resolution practice and has practiced exclusively in commercial dispute resolution since his admission as an attorney. Megan specialises in High Court litigation, arbitration and forensic investigations. She has experience in the gambling sector, retail, and insurance – resolving various disputes. Megan has enjoyed success in administrative law reviews and general litigation. She has also dealt with complex shareholder agreement disputes; various contractual issues and forensic investigations involving allegations of fraud.
