Lucia Erasmus is a Director in our Real Estate Law practice. She has assisted numerous property developers in the retail, commercial, industrial and residential market. Lucia has extensive experience in property development, township establishment, sectional title registers, sectional title arbitrations and commercial bonds.

Career

Lucia began her career as a Candidate Attorney at Van Wyk De Vries in 1982. She practised as a conveyancer at Blake Scholtz and Bester in 1985. In 1986 she joined Pieters and Partners as a Partner. Lucia joined Cliffe Dekker and Todd (now Cliffe Dekker Hofmeyr) as a Director in 1990.

  • Chambers Global 2017 - 2023 ranked Lucia in Band 3 in Real Estate.
  • The Legal 500 EMEA 2014, 2016–2022 recommended Lucia for Real Estate.
