Jessica Osmond is an Associate in our Dispute Resolution practice and Business Rescue, Restructuring and Insolvency Sector, practicing with a focus on business rescue, restructuring, insolvency and general commercial litigation.
Jessica assists in advising corporate clients, creditors, liquidators and business rescue practitioners, in both the public and private sector.

Jessica joined Cliffe Dekker Hofmeyr as a Candidate Attorney in 2019. In May 2020 she was admitted as an attorney of the High Court of South Africa and was appointed as an Associate in the Dispute Resolution and Litigation practice. In February 2022 she was admitted as a Notary of the High Court of South Africa.
In 2023 she re-joined the firm after a year practicing at an international law firm.
