Dylan joined CDH in 2019 and was promoted to Associate in 2021. Dylan was admitted in June 2021 and was promoted to Associate shortly thereafter.

Dylan has experience in conducting legal research on various aspects of labour law and providing clients with legal opinions on a range of topics. Dylan has further experience in drafting notices and pleadings in the Labour Court. He has also previously assisted Counsel with both motion and trial proceedings at the Labour Court, and with various matters at the CCMA. He has appeared in both the Labour Court and the CCMA and provided strategic litigious advice to clients in relation to disciplinary matters and collective agreements.
