If there is no requirement to have a local director or shareholder in Egypt, what is a foreigner required to do to register a company for tax purposes and other similar post-incorporation registrations?
A foreign director / shareholder can delegate a third party (i.e. a law firm) to carry out the post-incorporation registrations on its behalf.
